17 aspirants mentored by Army clear Agniveer recruitment

Bishnupur, October 05 2024:
Seventeen Agniveer aspirants from Manipur, mentored by Army, have successfully cleared the Agniveer recruitment process of 2024 .
The successful participants were felicitated during a ceremony held at the Red Shield Centre for Wellness & Excellence in Bishnupur today.
It is worth recalling that responding to the requests of ex-servicemen community and local residents, a comprehensive course for 101 aspirants were oriented and prepared for the Agniveer Common Entrance Test (CET) from February 18 to April 18, 2024.Out of this, 38 candidates successfully qualified the CET and received a comprehensive nine-week training that further assisted in preparing them for the second phase.
Fifty-eight aspirants including 37 qualified earlier and 21 additional aspirants joined the program that included pre-medical tests, in addition to the physical tests.
Thirty-five of fifty-eight aspirants successfully cleared the mandatory tests at the rally and further 17 aspirants out of these 35 made it to the merit list and will now be joining various regiments of the Indian Army as Agniveers.
