Imphal, December 29 2024: The All Manipur Muslim Students' Organisation (AMMSO) H/Q conducted the Late Hanif Shah Memorial State Level Open Debating Competition at Loktak Hall of Manipur Press Club today.

The debate was held on the topic "Only after enlisting the Meitei and Meitei Pangal in the ST list will an egalitarian, developed and harmonious livelihood be achieved" .

More than 30 individuals participated in the debate competition where social scientist Dr Dhanabir Laishram attended as a speaker.

On the occasion, Imtiyas Heibokmayum, president, AMMSO H/Q, informed that the debate competition was organised in memory of Late hanif Shah, former president of AMMSO.

Separately, the Kangleipak Students' Association (KSA) in collaboration with Yangdou Students' Forum organised Mathematics and English Grammar competitions for students from Class VI to X today.

The result of the competition will be announced on January 3, 2025 and the date and venue of the prize and certificate distribution will be declared on the same day.
