Imphal, March 26 2018: Maibam Manojkumar, Session Judge Imphal west, framed a supplementary charge under 376 IPC (Rape) against three accused Thokchom Nando, Letkhosei Haokip alias Jamesh Kuki and Ningombam Rome, today and fixed March29, for the accused examination.

The three alleged accused of the alleged rape and murder case of Lungnila Elizabeth, was produced before the Session Court Imphal West for the supplementary charge order above the charges levelled against them in connection with the case by CBI.

The charge order judgement was kept reserved by the Session Court Imphal West after the hearing of the supplementary charge submitted by the CBI before the Court during the argument hearing of the case.

The Court announced the reserved judgment and framed charges against the three accused, Th Nando, Jamesh Kuki and Ningombam Rome and fixed March 29 for the accused examination of the trial and for the ongoing argument hearing of the Lungnila Elizabeth alleged rape and murder case.
