Imphal, February 26 2017: The 5th Annual Award Presentation function of the North East Biography Forum (NEBF) was held at Seva mini conference hall, Babupara under the aegis of NEBF and PAFINLA Foundation.

The award is given to individuals who attain distinction in various fields.

RK Nayansana Devi (Retd Director, Agriculture), Rose Mangshi Haokip (National Awardee and Executive Member, NEBF) and Social Activist Dhanabir Laishram attended the event as the chief guest, president and the guest of honour respectively.
