Thoubal, January 24 2021: The 4 year old boy who has been missing since January 19 was found dead with the body found floating in a pond, about 100 metres from his home at Thoubal Moijing Leingoijin, today, reports our correspondent.

Ribash (4) was reported missing on January 19, this year.

The body was first seen by the localities at around 8.30 this morning.

On receiving the tragic news, the family members of Ribash rushed to the pond and picked up the corpse.

As the body was allegedly warm at the time of picking up, the family members rushed it to the Thoubal District Hospital.

However, the doctors there pronounced Ribash dead.

On the other hand, irate locals of Thoubal Moijing Leingoijin tried to set the house of one suspect.

The mob were dispersed by the district police by firing tear gas shells.

The police also reportedly picked up two individuals who are suspected to have a link with the death of Rishab.
