Imphal, January 24 2018: The State Government has ordered transfer and posting of several IAS/MCS/MSS Officers with immediate effect and util further orders.

H Rupachandra has been posted as Director (Co-op) & Registrar/Cooperative Societies; A Radhabinod Sharma as Director (Settlement & Land Records); Joseph Pauline as Joint Secy (Home/Relief & DM) and Director (Relief & DM) in addition; A Subhash Singh as Joint Secy (Works) & MD/MSCB in addition; DK Thangboi as Deputy Secretary (Forest & Env); T Manihar Singh as CEO/Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council (Kangpokpi); Sheikh Abdul Hakim as Under Secy (Power) & ED/MSPDCL; M Kapajit Singh as Under Secretary 9RD&PR/MAHUD); Binita Ngangbam as OSD/Institutional Finance Cell; Teresa Tangpua as SDO/BDO T Waichong & SDO/BDO Champai; T Bimolchand Singh as AC to DC Jiribam & SDO/BDO Borobekra; L Kaisa Mao as Under Secretary (AR/CADA) and Md Ismat Khan as Under Secretary/Institutional Finance Cell.

An official order in this regard was issued by Joint Secretary (DP) in the name of the Governor.
