Pastor hails Forest and Environment Minister

Imphal, October 22 2020: The Pastor of Kuilong II Baptist Church, on behalf of the people of Kuilong area, has lauded the Forest and Environment Minister, N Awangbou Newmai for reaching out to the people well.

The Pastor in a press release, said that the Minister under the able guidance of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Chief Minister, N Biren, has started attending the needs of the people of the remote area in Tamei subdivision, which have been neglected for decades by the earlier Governments.

Under the new Minister, the most backward area in Manipur has been electrified, connected to other areas with new roads and bridges, the Pastor said while adding that new schools have also been built in the area.

The Pastor while also expressing gratitude to the Minister for his relief work to help the people of the area with edibles in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic prayed for the Minister's wellbeing and poured blessing for his success in serving the people.
