In another poll-related violence, supporters of a Pradhan candidate attacked the house of a supporter of a rival candidate.
In addition, two women were, abducted only to be freed later.
The incidents happened at Top Chingtha under Yairipok police station in Thoubal district in the afternoon of 3 pm of September 15. Kongbam Kishorekumar (40), husband of Pradhan candidate Kongbam (O) Inaocha and his cohorts reportedly fired several rounds of shots at the home of Ningthoujam Muhindro who lives in the same locality and reportedly supported a rival candidate.
Speaking to media persons about the incident at Manipur Press Club this afternoon, Muhindro's mother Ashangbi said that their house was fired at by Kishorekumar, Maibam Nodiya (50) and another unidentified person who came together in a Wagon Rear.
Though a bullet hit the verandah of their house, there was no human casualty.

A few hours before the gun attack, Kishorekumar reportedly rang up Muhindro and threatened saying, "Your days are over.
Order invitation cards for your own shradha ceremony".
