BJP leaders write epitaph of Cong

Imphal, March 17 2019: Manipur Planning Board Deputy Chairman, MLA S Rajen has claimed that the Congress party will be eradicated after the coming election while the BJP Government will come back stronger than ever.

He made the statement during a public meeting held at the residence of BJP State Unit vice president Jotin Waikhom at Thangmeiband today.

During the event, which was organised by BJP Thangmeiband Mandal, Sangeet Natak Akademi 2017 awardee Laiphrakpam Ningol Oinam (o) Dhoni, Sahitya National Academy Aheibam Pameli, PhD awardee G Ranibala and Gerinda Loitongbam, who went on a solo car trip from Imphal to Delhi, were felicitated as well.

Speaking at the event, S Rajen claimed that the Congress will never return either at the Centre or the State and only the BJP will come back stronger to serve the people once more.

He then appealed to all to ensure BJP's win in the two Lok Sabha seats adding that BJP has brought many positive changes to the State.

On the other hand, former MLA Dr Kh Loken, appealed to the people to vote for the BJP in the coming election.

He expressed that even if he fails to get the party ticket, he will provide all necessary support to ensure BJP wins in Sagolband Kendra.

Speaking at the event, Jotin Waikhom urged the people to ensure BJP's win in the election.

He also added expressed belief that the party ticket will be announced within the next few days.
