Changes can be made in MRVT & MW Bill 2015: CM

Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh on Tuesday assured that certain amendments can be made in the Manipur Regulation of Visitors, Tenants and Migrant workers Bill 2015 (MRVT & MW Bill 2015) .
"All outstanding points can be inserted in the MRVT & MW Bill 2015 tabled in the State Assembly yesterday," said Ibobi who visited RIMS to meet all injured victims of March 11 Khwairamband temporary market blast and Phek-Jessami bus accident of March 13 .
Talking to reporters on the sidelines, CM Ibobi further said there will be no problem in inserting the points left out in the Bill by making an amendment.
This, he said, will need experts and legal professionals.
He said, "We need to go on positive direction.
We need talk and contemplation for every problem" .
The CM's statement comes in the wake of protest by the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) and various civil society organizations against the State Government for failing to incorporate in the Bill all the "five points" proposed by JCILPS.
JCILPS demands CM's resignation.
Meanwhile, the JCILPS has demanded resignation of CM Ibobi for allegedly cheating the people of Manipur by introducing and passing of the MRVT & MW Bill 2015 .
CM assures help .
The CM assured that his Government will extend maximum compensation and financial support to all victims of the Khwairamband temporary blast and Phek-Jessami bus accident who are now undergoing treatment at RIMS and JNIMS here.
Ibobi was accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam, Deputy Speaker Preshow Shimray and other officials during the hospital visit.
In the meantime, a large number of women vendors of Khwairamband market attempted to storm the Chief Minister's Bungalow demanding to find out the fact in the Khwairamabnd temporary market shed bomb blast.

Earlier, the women protesters gathered at Khwairamband market and later took out to the street chanting slogans against the blast around 2:30 pm.
The protest rally moved towards the CM Bungalow to storm it but a large number of police commando personnel from Imphal West Police Station blocked their way in front of the western gate of Kangla.A scuffle ensued between the women protesters and the police as the former tried to continue the rally.
However, the police foiled the repeated attempt.
They continued the protest in front of the Kangla gate about half an hour.
They shouted slogans like "Find the clue in Khwairamband bomb blast, "Resign Home Minister, "Don't make Khwairamabnd Keithel a site for explosion" and "Stop causing fear to public" .
The women vendors then again tried to continue the protest inside the Imphal Municipal Council (IMC) complex.
However, the police dispersed and pushed back them towards the Old Assembly Road.
