Celin Digital stages protest at New Delhi

Imphal, December 15 2024: Celin Digital on Sunday staged a protest demonstration in front of Godavari Auditorium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, demanding a sustainable solution for the ongoing conflict to restore peace & harmony in Manipur.

The demonstrators displayed placards with the writings such as, "Prime Minister Please Visit Manipur", "Long Live Manipur", "Long Live India", "We Want Peace & Harmony", "Live and Let Live Peacefully", "Stop Violence in Manipur", "Save Manipur", etc.

In connection with the protest, Celin Digital chairman Dr Phanjoubam Lanajit Singh said that Celin Digital has made repeated appeals, submitted memoranda to MPs and political parties seeking their support in ending the prolonged conflict in Manipur.

He also expressed anguish over failure of the State and Central Government to end the ongoing conflict in Manipur which has led to irreparable loss of many precious lives & properties, left thousands of people displaced forcing them to take shelter at relief camps.
