PSO celebrates 7th foundation day

Imphal, October 12 2015:
The seventh foundation day of Pangal Students' Organisation (PSO), Manipur was celebrated on Monday at Upper Primary School, Hatta Imphal.
PSO president MA Wakil Alsari, MSF president Kh Serajuddin, MSF and PSO advisor Th Udoi Luwang, and AMUCO & AMDO advisor KT Rahaman sat on the dais as presidium members during the function.
Giving the keynote address at the event, PSO general secretary KM Sadam said that the student organisation which is the apex body of Muslims students was set up on this day, October 12, 2008.

He said PSO launched a 'Moral Academic Campaign' on February 9, 2015 which is currently underway in different parts of the State.
AMUCO advisor KT Rahaman expressed concern that most of the communities and the State raising their own demands which is detrimental to the integrity.
He said that the people of Manipur are strongly standing against the alleged attempt of the Government of India and NSCN (IM) to disintegrate Manipur.
MSF president Kh Serajuddin in his speech on the occasion hailed the activities of PSO.
He expressed his desire to give emphasis on education of the minority Muslim community of the State and increase the number of educated people.
