Certificate course, interactive session conclude at CAU Imphal

Imphal, October 05 2024: The 60-Days Certificate Course for "Prospective Managers/CEOs of FPOs/FPCs" organised by the Directorate of Extension Education (DEE), Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal concluded today at CAU Imphal HQ in Lamphelpat.

The Certificate Course was conducted in collaboration with ICAR-ATARI Zone-VI Guwahati, Assam; Pragjyotishpur University, Guwahati and NABARD, Manipur Regional Office, Imphal.

Additionally, the valedictory function of the 2-Days Interactive Session on "Technological Intervention to Enhance Production and Productivity in Agri & Allied Sector in NE Region" was also conducted.

The interactive session which began on October 4 was organised by DEE, CAU Imphal in collaboration with ICAR-ATARI Zone-VI, Guwahati.

The valedictory function was graced by Dr G Kadirvel, Director, ICAR-ATARI Zone-VI Guwahati; Prof Ph Ranjit Sharma, Director, DEE, CAU, Imphal; Dr LM Gamayak, Comptroller, CAU Imphal; Dr TR Sharma, Director of Instruction, CAU Imphal; and Bendang Aier, Deputy General Manager, NABARD, Manipur Regional Office Imphal as presidium members.

Notably, the Certificate Course was participated in by 35 individuals.

A total of 138 topics were covered by 61 experts from MIMS, ICM Lamphelpat, NABARD Manipur Regional Office Imphal, SFC Manipur and NERAMAC, Manipur during the 60-days course.

As part of the event, certificates were distributed to the participants and a compendium of the 60-Days Certificate Course was released.
