Legal aid clinic inaugurated

Thoubal, January 31 2017: Under the supervision of Manipur State Legal Service Authority and District Legal Services Authority Thoubal, Para Legal volunteers of Yairipok opened a Legal Aid Clinic at Yairipok Bishnunaha Awang Leikai today.

The clinic has been opened at different places including Thoubal, Samaram and Kiyam Leitanpok.

In the inaugural function, the district and session Judge Salam Imocha stated that the clinic has been opened to provide a platform for the residents of the district to get better provisions of legal aid and services.

A legal awareness programme was also held at SEDO club Yairipok Bazar community hall after the inaugural function.
