Dimapur, October 16 2015 :
The NSCN-K has cautioned "certain senior law makers" who are working against them to "mend their ways" .
A statement issued by the NSCN-K said, "It is observed that certain senior law makers in the incumbent Government are pursuing subversive course to force NSCN to capitulate and toe the line of a particular political group which propped them and vice-versa" .
The outfit stated that besides back door concurrence with the Narendra Modi Government to re-impose the ban on NSCN-K, the cohorts are actively collaborating to tighten the noose and strangulate the NSCN-K economically and financially on the premise that freezing "our resources would coerce NSCN-K to compromise on Naga sovereignty and conciliate with their patronised faction which is on the brink of accepting Indian Constitution.

"Consistently rallying advices of Indianised Naga bureaucrats and technocrats to hasten the decline of NSCN is becoming more obvious each day.
Sooner than expected, the NSCN shall begin the process of selective obliteration of elements daring to effect the demise of Naga struggle at the behest of Indian Government," it stated.
"At the critical juncture when NSCN is perilously confronting two international powers on both ends, choosing to combat the NSCN by these unholy cohorts is extremely unfortunate.
To avoid head on collision the NSCN issues this statement in the hope that anti-Naga leaders do mend their ways," it added.
