UCM and the people of Manipur would never allow formation of a pan Naga body as reported in some sections of the media in Nagaland, he said.
Saying that UCM had stated its stance clear to the Centre twice, Johnson said that they had told the Centre that a people's uprising which is 100 times bigger in intensity than the one which occurred in 2001 would be witnessed if the Government of India disturbs the territorial integrity of the State.
He also urged the public to collectively fight the forces which are detrimental to the territorial integrity of the State.
Regarding Nungei incident, Johnson urged the public to put in effort to punish the culprits according to the law instead of giving communal tinge to the incident.
Saying that UCM has been trying to bring peace and normalcy at Nungei, Johnson also urged the Government to take up necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Social activist RK Ranendrajit said that Manipur is now at a critical stage and people need to stand united at this juncture.
He further said that people need to understand the divisive forces and act accordingly to defeat these challenges.
AMUCO president Y Mani Khuman said that intellectuals and leaders of different CSOs need to deliberate the present situation of losing National character and identity of Manipur.
