Medical concession for NE people in Delhi

50 top hospitals of Delhi have agreed to provide concessions in medical expenses to all the patients hailing from the eight North East States.
However, this benefit is not applicable to Government employees, said a statement issued by Delhi Police IGP (Nodal Officer for North East People, Delhi) Robin Hibu.
The statement said that 184 persons including cancer patients had been benefited under the new scheme from Fortis, Max, BL Kapoor, Appollo Hospitals within seven days of its announcement.
It further said that to get this concession, the patients have to collect referral letters from the office of the Nodal Officer for NE People, Nanakpura, behind Gurudwara, Motibagh, New Delhi-21 between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
