Imphal, July 28 2020: After the wife of a JNIMS doctor tested positive for COVID-19 at RIMS, JNIMS quarters allotted to doctors have been declared as containment zones.

As such, doctors staying in these quarters are unable to attend office.

As their quarters have been declared as containment zones, 50 PG doctors and 20 faculties/doctors are unable to discharge their duties.

Samples of the PG doctors and the faculties/doctors have been collected today and the results will be known tomorrow, informed a source.
