Ban on making CMHT/PMJAY cards unofficially

The Directorate of Health Services, Government of Manipur has put a ban on making CMHT/ PMJAY cards and publicity by unofficial agents without Government permission.
As per a notice issued by the Director of Health Services, K Rajo Singh, it has been informed to all the ISA Enrolment Operators and Common Service Centres (CSC) that proposals from unofficial agents, representatives of NGOs/CSOs etc for making CMHT/PMJAY cards in bulk must mandatorily take approval from the competent authorities of Director of Health Services, Manipur (for CMHT cards) and CEO, State Health Agency (for PMJAY cards).
The notice further informed that at least one family member is to mandatorily visit the Enrolment Counter/CSC for making the cards so as to prevent unofficial agents from making cards on behalf of the beneficiaries.
Non compliance of the above orders by any concerned will attract strict disciplinary actions as per rules, it added.
Also any unofficial agents and representatives of NGOs/ CSOs are not allowed to post unofficial video clips and statuses regarding CMHT/PMJAY enrolment or IEC Awareness in the social media (Facebook, Twitter etc) .
Legal actions under Cyber Crime Act and other rules shall be taken up against all unofficial agents attempting to violate the above regulations.
