Imphal, November 13 2012: To avoid the inconveniences faced by the people, especially those hailing from far-flung areas when they come down to meet their elected representatives but found them out on tour, Hueiyen Lanpao is planning to carry a column under the name 'Minister on Tour' .

In this regard, we request the Private Secretaries of the Speaker, Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries to take advantage of this column by sending us written information about the tour programmes.

We would not be publishing the places where the tour would be conducted but only the names of the Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries concerned and the period during which they would be out of station.
