K Priyobrata conferred Dr BR Ambedkar Samman Padak award

Thoubal, December 12 2024: Babu Jagjivan Ram Kala Sanskriti, Sahitya Academi and Rajendra Bhawan Trust has honoured social worker Kshetrimayum Priyobrata with the Dr BR Ambedkar National Samman Padak National Award, 2024 during "53rd Rastriya Vijay Diwas" held at Rajendra Bhavan, New Delhi.

The award was handed to Priyobrata in recognition of his efforts and works for the welfare of the people.

Kshetrimayum Priyobrata who hails from Kairembikhok Mamang Leikai, Thoubal is the son of Panchamani Singh.

The prestigious event was attended by Union State Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale as chief guest and former Lok Sabha speaker, Dr Meera Kumar as president and various prominent persons as guests of honour.
