IRB candidates call economic blockade

Imphal, November 12 2021: The All Manipur Hills Area 10th and 11th IRB Candidates 2019 has called an indefinite economic blockade along NH-2 from 10 am of November 14 demanding declaration of the results of the said recruitments.

The candidates demanded immediate declaration of results of 6750 Rifleman candidates who had already completed their viva-voce and include them in the new training schedule to start along with the police Constable candidates of 2013, said a statement issued by the All Manipur Hills Area 10th and 11th IRB Candidates 2019.The statement also demanded scheduling of viva-voce for 415 Jemadar candidates.

The All Manipur Hills Area 10th and 11th IRB Candidates 2019 added that some candidates have even started to consider ending their lives as the results have been withheld for the last three years and appealed to the Govt to declare the result at the earliest.

All Manipur 10th and 11th Viva Voce Completed IRB Rifleman and Written Completed Jemadar Candidates 2019 and All Manipur Meitei-Pangal 10th and 11th IRB Candidates 2019 also pledged support to the blockade along NH-2 from November 14 .
