Imphal, December 11 2015 : The 3rd death anniversary of Seram Mangi was observed by the Seram Mangi Singh Foundation, Imphal at Takhenchangbam Shyamsundar Sharma Mandop, Singjamei Kshetri Leikai today.

The programme was graced by Professor Naorem Khagendra Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University of Culture and Wangkhemcha Syamjai, president, All Manipur Working Journalists' Union as presidium members.

As part of the observation, social activist Leihaobam Saratchandra Sharma was conferred the Seram Mangi Singh Foundation Award 2015 .

Speaking at the programme, Professor Naorem Khagendra Singh said that Seram Mangi was a person who had worked earnestly in order to deliver services to the people.

The programme was also attended by Kh Loken Singh, ex-Minister and L Gojendra Singh, Associate Professor, Manipur College.
