Imphal, October 07 2015: The qualifying test for Private Candidates will be held on November 15, 2015, informed the Secretary of the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) .

Students who have completed 17 years of age as on April 1 can register and apply as a private candidate for HSLC examination 2016.Application form can be obtained from Board'sBoard of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM)Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) office on payment of prescribed enrolment (Rs 100) and examination fees (Rs 350) between October 13 and November 4, 2015.Last date of submission of forms is November 6 .

The qualifying test will be in OMR format with Multiple Choice Question (MDQ) carrying 30 marks each in English, mathematics, Science and Social Science.

Pass mark will be 40 out of 120 marks.

Candidates who would clear the qualifying test conducted by BOSEM will be eligible to sit in the next HSLC examination as Private Candidates.

The statement further informed that candidates who have failed in previous HSLC examination and completed 17 years of age need not appear the test but may directly register for the final HSLC examination on production of earlier issued admit card.
