Nizamia Education Group to conduct scholarship exam in March

Imphal, December 02 2019: Nizamia Education Group organised its first ever education summit at TG Higher Secondary School today.

Addressing the media persons regarding the education summit, CEO Nizamia Education Group Diana Kongkham maintained that as part of the Group's first summit, bicycles were distributed to students of deprived families who face financial instability.

She said that bicycles were handed over to 20 selected students.

Maintaining that 80 percent of the pass out students prefer to go outside the State to continue their studies, Diana added that Nizamia Education Group will be conducting a scholarship examination in March, 2020 for those who has plans to study outside.

Top 300 students will be selected for the scholarship which will cover the fees of any course, except for MBBS and allied course, she said.

Meanwhile, laptops will be provided to 500 students for free, she said and added that students can obtain the application form from the website of Nizamia Education Group soon.

Additional SP State Police, Satyam Takhellambam, Prof Anthropology Dept, MU W Nabakumar, Social Scientist Laishram Dhanbir, Principal TG Hr Secondary School A Sangita, Professor Jammu University College Dr Shamim Ahmed Banday and Maqsood Ahmad of Md Nizamia Education Group were present at the function.
