Sensitization programme held

In line with the 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an orientation cum sensitization programme for students was held yesterday at the conference hall of DM College of Arts on the theme, "Issue of exam stress among the students" .
The programme was conducted as a part of the month-long 'Pariksha Parv 6.0' campaign carried out by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) and Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) .
It was attended by MCPCR, Chairperson, Keisham Pradipkumar; Social Welfare, Director, Ngangom Uttam; ZEO Imphal West, Sucheta Khumukcham and DM College of Arts, Principal, Ranjit among others.
At the event, the dignitaries & resource persons deliberated on the measures to help the students overcome exam fear and stress as it impacts the overall well-being of the students.
They also exhorted the students to face the exam as a celebration and study regularly to prevent stress during exams.
