Senapati, March 31 2020: The Katomei village authority has confirmed and clarified that there is no such school called 'Katomei Model High School' existing in the village as mentioned among the list of schools/colleges named for quarantine facilities.

According to the statement, the letter submitted to DC Senapati by ZEO Senapati, a list of 5 educational institutions were named for quarantine of suspected cases in view of the COVID-19 pandemic where the said model school was mentioned.

However, the village authority has requested the concerned authorities to remove the said non-existent school from the official list to avoid confusion.
