Imphal, August 28 2022: A book release event was held at the auditorium of Old Assembly to mark the release of Keisham Raghumani Ninghthouja's "Eureka" today.

It may be noted that Eureka is a Manipuri language drama.

The book release event was attended by Dr N Rajmuhon, Vice-Chancellor, DM University as the chief guest; Santa Khaidem, Advocate Manipur High Court as the functional president; Thokchom Ibungohal, custom secretary, Uttra Sanglen Sana Konung; K Sanaton Sharma, Associate Professor, Chemistry Department, GP Women's College; Advocate Puyam Tomcha Meetei, president, All Manipur Bar Association and Saratchand Thiyam, Sahitya Akademi Awardee as the guests of honour.

Makhonmani Mongsaba introduced the book to the gathering during the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Keisham Raghumani Ningthouja, noted writer, stated that he penned the drama around 20/30 years ago.

The book tells the story of a student who invents a pill that lightens the complexion of its consumers.

He urged the people to read the book as a way of relaxation.
