Imphal, September 20 2012: Security forces under the Red Shield Division, apprehended three cadres of breakaway faction of HPC (D) (Lalminthang faction) today.

Based on specific intelligence regarding presence of some cadres in general area Khomoi village in Churachandpur district, a joint operation was launched by Security forces and apprehended three cadres of HPC (D) faction.

The cadres have been identified as Ram Chuallo Singson, s/o Lenkhosang Singson, of Rawvakwat, Parbung Sub Division, Kennedy Hmar, s/o (L) Beakval, of Maulean, Parbung sub�division and Ruolaninlal Puralte alias Harman, s/o (L) Tlanseam, of Lungthungling, Parbung sub-division.

One 7.65mm pistol with seven live rounds and one 9mm pistol with two live rounds were recovered from their possession.

The apprehendees along with the recoveries were later handed over to Imphal West PS, said a PIB (DW) .
