Taking part in the ongoing series of alert sit in protests, under the aegis of COCOMI, against any impact of the Naga political dialogue, All Manipur Sound Service Association organised a similar protest demonstration in front of Hicham Yaicham Pat today.
Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of the sit in, convenor of the association Th Govind said that the people of the State will not give in to any harm or impact to the integrity of the State as result of the final agreement which has been brought between the GoI and NSCN-IM.

The Central Government should be aware that more stringent agitations will be taken up if the State's integrity and its people are affected by the Naga peace talks, he asserted while urging the Central leaders as well as the party concerned to keep the talk in the boundary of Nagaland only, without including any part of land in Manipur.
The association will continue to extend its support to COCOMI's movement in the near future, he said.
Earlier, representatives of COCOMI came to the protest site and spoke on likely impact of the Naga peace talks.
On the other hand, YWAL, YAL and UGC, three clubs of Leishangthem organised an alert sit in protest at Leishangthem Bazar today.
