Imphal, April 12 2013 : The State Home Department has given its approval to allow relatives of nine deceased persons to enter and pay homage at Cheiraoching on April 13 .

A missive issued by the Joint Secretary of Home Dept today allowed paying of homage with the conditions that paying of tribute should be done between 7am and 3pm and no anti-national slogans, festoon, placards or banners should be displayed in and around the place of homage.

Forbidding the use of loud speakers/ PA System, the Home dept's missive also said that persons permitted should not create any law and order problem while also stating that the tribute should not be in the form of a rally or a procession.

It further said that persons allowed should enter the place one by one and added that they should strictly follow traffic rules and should not cause congestion on the road.
