Babina Diagnostics offers free testing

Imphal, November 07 2024: Babina Diagnostics, the leading diagnostic laboratory in the Northeast, will be celebrating its 41st Foundation Day on November 9, 2024.To mark this milestone, Babina Diagnostic is offering free testing services to the public for the following tests - Kidney Screening Test (Urea & creatinine) and Diabetes Screening Test (Blood Glucose - Fasting or Random).

Interested individuals may visit BABINA Diagnostics, Main Lab, Soibam Leikai, Imphal East on November 9 between 7:00 am to 2:00 pm to avail the services, said a release issued by Babina Diagnostics.

Dr Thangjam Dhabali Singh, Chief Consultant Pathologist & Managing Director of Babina Diagnostics expressed his gratitude for the remarkable journey of the organisation to the various health service providers and the people of the region.

He shared his deep appreciation to the dedicated workforce of over 300 staff which has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organisation.

He also stressed the importance of providing affordable diagnostic facilities to the people of the Northeast, ensuring that the widest range of diagnostic tests are accessible to everyone.

It may be noted that in 2007, BABINA Diagnostics achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first laboratory in the Northeast to be accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories).

Established in 1983, Babina Diagnostics has evolved from a modest clinical laboratory into a state-of-the art diagnostic Centre renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
