Imphal, August 01 2021: A mass Covid vaccination programme was held at the community hall of Nongren Maning Leikai and Mayai Leikai today organised by Nongren Development Committee and District Administration Imphal East.

Similarly, mass Covid vaccination drives were held at Telou community hall organised by Telou Covid Task Force and at Oksu Ningthemcha Khul organised by Oksu Ningthemchakhul Youth Club in Lamlai AC.

Pradhan of Nongren Chingnungkok Gram Panchayat, M Bilasini and chairman of COVID-19 Second Wave Fighting Task Force BJP Lamlai Mandal, Kh Ibomcha distributed water and snacks to the organisers of respective local clubs and task forces of today's mass vaccination drives.

On the other hand, Kh Ibomcha distributed Covid relief items to households in the containment zones at Sekta, Pungdongbam and at Takhel today and appealed all to strictly follow Covid SOPs and guidelines.
