The meeting was well attended by many job card holders and public leaders.
"For the 2014- 2015, the state government had released fund for 34 days against 100 days.
In all 34 days, the implementing agency had issued 7 days works for two times, 9 days work, 4 days in two times, 1 day and 2 days with small amount.
This showed that the State Government is cutting a cruel to the people of the hill districts of Manipur", Hukamang said.
He went on to state that many job-card holders had opened their bank accounts.
However, the implementing agency had never issued wages through their bank account, the president alleged.
The CAT under the banner of All Tribal Chiefs had imposed 24-hour total bandh in Tamenglong district.
Due to the bandh imposed by CAT, all interstate/ district passenger bus, sumo, taxi, etc.
