Ukhrul, December 18 2021: Ukhrul ADC caretaker chairman Dr Yaronsho Ngalung on Saturday inaugurated the newly constructed Ringui Ramhon Primary School building at Ringui Ramhon village in the presence of village elders, school Inspectors, headmaster and villagers.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ngalung stated that he chose to develop the primary school for the welfare of the village.

He stated that the newly constructed school with 9 rooms including a kitchen was constructed under State Fund 2020-21 and PMJVK/MsDP 2019-20, and was implemented by ADC, Ukhrul.

He also mentioned that additional 6 new ADC schools have been established in Ukhrul district during the 5 years tenure, taking the total number of Council Schools in Ukhrul and Kamjong district to 164.Dytimus Ramsan, Headmaster of the school expressed his appreciation to the ADC caretaker chairman, officers and staff for their concern and effort in constructing the school building.

The Headmaster also urged the visiting officers to look into the basic needs of the school including the lack of pipeline connection and furniture.
