Imphal, December 18 2016: Citing the killing of three police personnel along Imphal-Moreh highway and confiscation of weapons from IRB at Nungkao by suspected NSCN-IM militants, BJP Manipur Pradesh has asserted that the Congress Government's administration has collapsed.

Speaking at the closing function of an inter-youth club meet held at Chana Ground under the Nongmai-kon Progressive Youth Club, Chana, BJP Manipur Pradesh executive member Khuman-them Saratkumar condemned both the incidents of ambush and confiscation of weapons.

These incidents were clear testimonies of the collapse of public administration under the Congress Government.

Asking as to why the Congress Government led by Chief Minister O Ibobi has not been taking any action, Saratkumar said that the UNC should be declared as an unlawful organisation.
