PNB hands over ambulance to DC Tengnoupal district

Imphal, January 18 2022:
The Punjab National Bank handed over an ambulance vehicle to the Medical Department, Tengnoupal district as a part of the bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
The ambulance vehicle costing Rs 10 lakh was handed over by S Stevan Aimol, chief manager PNB Circle Office Imphal to Mannuamching, DC Tengnoupal district in the presence of CMO Dr Kh Gojen at a programme held today at the office of the Deputy Commissioner.

Speaking at the event, Stevan Aimol praised the selfless contributions of doctors and nurses in saving precious lives and mentioned that the ambulance vehicle donated will help in transporting patients from far flung villages to the nearest hospital considering the hilly terrain of the district.
The Deputy Commissioner thanked the contribution made by PNB and said that the ambulance vehicle will be of great help to the people of the district.
The CMO also resolved to utilize the ambulance in service of the needy people of the district.
The event was also attended by officials from PNB, staff of DC office, doctors and nurses of PHC, Tengoupal.
