Nupi Lan Memorial Day observed at Tripura

Imphal, December 13 2019: Manipur Literature and Cultural Forum, Tripura has observed the 80th Nupi Lan Memorial Day at Geetanjali Auditorium at Ranibazar, Agartala on Thursday.

CAF & PD Minister Karam Shyam; Gourakeshwo, vice president, Manipur Literature and Cultural Forum, Tripura; KC Netrajit, general secretary Naharol Shahitya Premi Samity, Imphal; Shija Ratana, social worker; Dr Anuradha Nongmaithem, Assistant Professor, NIT, Agartala; Nanda Luwang, president AMUCO, Gandhi Takhelambam, vice president, AMUCO and RK Tarunjit, Joint Editor Marup Tripura attended the programme as the presidium members.

During the observance, 5 eminent Manipuri women residing at Agartala were encouraged with gifts, citations and shawls.

Later, the Minister released a souvenir as part of the function.
