AR organises career counselling drive

Noney, December 10 2021: Noney Battalion under the aegis of Headquarters 22 Sector and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised a career counselling drive for youth of Khongsang village, Noney district on December 10 .

The drive was conducted with an aim to make the youths aware of different job opportunities and educational qualifications.

In the opening session of the drive, youths were enlightened on various career options available to them.

Emphasis was given for both academic and non-academic careers.

The youths were also educated on various entry processes to join the Indian Armed Forces along with online job portals to apply in different private and public sectors of India.

Later, pamphlets with information of relevant websites were also distributed to the participants.

The drive concluded with the distribution of sports items, writing material and refreshments.
