Imphal, December 10 2012:
The Kuki National Front, a SoO signatory group under the UPF fold has strogly condemned the Koubru Laikha blast on Sunday while terming the act as an element to destroy the peaceful environment of the area.
While speaking to a media person at Camp Ebenezer today, the Information and Publicity Secretary LH Stephen said that the general public in the area are peace loving people.
The act was to disturb and tarnish the peaceful atmosphere and the ongoing peace process between Kuki UGs and the Government.
This is not appreciated by the organization.

Stephen further asserted that the organization would not tolerate any such act that Stephen further lamented that the organization would not tolerate any such act that can disturb the peaceful environment and the peace loving general public in future and urged all concerned not to support and lend a helping hand to any organization or individual in carrying out such act in the area.
The Information and Publicity Secretary further lauded and appreciated the co-operation of the general public the security forces particularly the 43 Assam Rifles for their swift and timely action in apprehending the culprit before they escaped and urges all to cooperate and work for the welfare of people in the near future.
