Face masks, hand sanitizers distributed to Kakching police

Kakching, August 10 2020: Social Worker Naorem Nabachandra has donated face masks and hand sanitizers to Kakching police, today.

The items were handed over to Kakching SP, Victoria Yengkhom in the presence of proprietor of Bhubon and Leiren Brick Field Kakching, Naorem Nopur Singh and BJP Kakching District president, Usham Ibomcha at Kakching Bazar Irabot Park.

Notably, Naorem Nabachandra is the chairman of Bhubon Technical and Skill Development Private Limited.

After receiving the masks and hand sanitisers, Victoria Yengkhom said that Kakching police are battling the pandemic in the frontline despite the threats for the welfare of all.

She also lauded the social worker for showing concern for the police personnel.

Naorem Nabachandra also donated similar items to the Commander of Sora Police Outpost, Subedar Kshetrimayum Prakash.

On the other hand, L Inunganbi Devi, Corporator, Imphal Municipal Corporation Ward No 18 distributed rice, dal, onions, potatoes, papad, salt, edible oils and mineral water bottles to inhabitants in containment zone under the village no 38, Wangkhei Pachim Brahmapur of Porompat Sub Division, Imphal East, today's evening.
