Speaking at the conference, ACOAM-Lup president in-charge, Sanjit Soraisam raised concern about the shrinking agricultural land in the State and hinted that the State Government should take up all necessary actions to save the arable land.
The State, which once exported produces to neighbouring States is now reduced to a mere importer of all goods/produces, he said.
He also stated that the State should have enough cold storages to preserve and store the produces.
