Ukhrul, December 07 2012: The sex racket that was busted recently by Ukhrul-based organizations 'after it listed former minister and senior IAS officer among the infamous clients' has more revealing stories to tell and can arguably be coined as the greatest scandal in the State of Manipur in recent time.

A thorough look into the 23-page confessional statements given by the sex racketeers has revealed scores of interesting findings indicating where the sexual encounters of both the former minister and commissioner with the call girls took place.

In a most condemnable act that could invite serious penal action, the commissioner had sex with the minor call girl Lolita (name changed) in his official chamber in the old Secretariat Complex, Imphal in one of the days during the first week of November, 2012 .

The incident involving former Legislator, however, occurred in the month of December 2011 when he was a cabinet minister in the second inning of Congress-led Secular Progressive Front (SPF).

The sleazy sexual encounter with Jenifer, a harlot turned pimp, happened at one hotel in MG Avenue in Imphal.

So fortunate for the former minister that the incident came to light only this year.

Had the sex racket been busted last year, the scandal could have cost him a ministerial office and rocked the Okram Ibobi Singh government.

On November 18 last, the sex racket was busted by social organization in Ukhrul. There are more interesting facets to the stories.

For instance, how much money was paid to the girls by the commissioner and former minister? The senior IAS officer put in an envelope a paltry sum of Rs.1000 and handed over to the 18-year old girl.

Lolita was reportedly displeased with the amount paid and voiced complaint to her 'Madam'.

She was brought to the commissioner office by Sopemla, one of the four sex racketeers caught by Ukhrul based organizations.

In terms of money for sex, the former minister was more niggardly.

He billed Jennifer a sum of Rs.500 as 'fare' and also paid Sopemla, but how much it was not known.

The sex racketeers, in their confessional statements, name few notorious hotels in Imphal that operate the illegal flesh trade.

To name a few are Stadium View, Nightingale, Sahara and some hotels in Poana Bazaar and MG Avenue.

Further, the statements revealed five other girls who are regularly used as call girls and are reportedly residing at Porompat, Paona Bazar and Mahabali in Imphal.
