State level Online Dance Competition begins

Imphal, December 04 2020: State Level Online Solo Dance Competition 2020 organised by Ipak Films Production Manipur began today.

The competition was inaugurated through IPAK Media Youtube channel.

The program was attended by.

Okendro Khundongbam, convenor of the competition, production secretary Rakesh Naorem, Akhom Ashalata manager of Ipak films and executive member W Sanatombi.

Okendro stated that the competition is being held with Sayon Industries Pvt Ltd as the main sponsor.

34 artists are participating in the competition.

They have started uploading the dance of these artistes on IPAK Media Youtube channel.

The most liked video to be taken into account till 10 pm of December 10 would be conferred the 'Ipak Best Popular People Choice Award-2020'.Top 15 will be selected by the jury from among the 34 participants and the Grand Final Competition will be held in a prominent theatre in Imphal on December 13 and the prize distribution ceremony will be held on December 14 at Manipur Press Club.

He also urged everyone to support and nurture the budding artistes.

Rakesh Naorem stated that with the aim of providing a platform to the young artistes to showcase their talents amid this difficult time of COVID-19 pandemic, the competition has been organised.
