Online postal life insurance launched

Imphal, November 03 2015: Postal Life Insurance work now goes online with the launch of 'Online Environment' at Manipur Postal Division, Imphal head office today.

Launching the 'online environment', Director of Post, Vinod Kumar said the service would give great boost to social security among the people.

With the online service, people can complete PLI related works like deposition of premium online without having to wait for manual procedure.

The Director further said that about 600 post offices all over India offer online services to the public.

Churachandpur MDG, DM College SO, Lilong SO and Lamlong SO will very soon join the status, he assured.
