INC worker decides to file case against CEO

Imphal, March 03 2012: Demanding clarification from the State CEO on his alleged refusal to entertain complaints of unfair practices in the recently concluded Assembly election in respect of Andro AC, co-convenor of election committee of INC candidate of Andro AC, Md Imran Shah has said he would file a Court case against the CEO if he fails to clarify.

Speaking to reporters today, Md Imran Shah, the election committee co-convenor of INC candidate in Andro AC Alhaj Ahmad Ali alleged that despite timely complaint lodged with the CEO on various misconducts of the election in Andro AC, the CEO did not entertain.

He said, repoll was also demanded in some polling stations in Andro AC, but the same was also sidelined due to reason best known to the CEO.

In case the CEO fails to clarify, a case would be filed against him, he cautioned.

He added that the counting would also be boycotted.
