Giving a one week's time, the CSOs had also demanded that the Government should hand over the case of the drugs seizure to an independent body for probe and establish the identity of the owners of the drugs and warned of intense democratic agitation in case of failure meeting the demands within the said deadline.
Rabindra informed that since the Government has failed to meet the demands, the 12 CSOs decided to stage the protest.
