Kakching, August 17 2020:
With a view to promote cleanliness and hygienic environment, COVID patients being lodged at COVID Care Centre (CCC) set up at Padma Ratna College of Advance Learning, Kakching carried out a sanitation drive at the centre today.
Around 18 patients of the centre carried out the cleanliness activity keeping in mind that the facility which is being converted into CCC is originally an educational institute.
The drive will help ensure a clean environment to the students who will be attending the school after the COVID crisis is over and to the COVID patients who will be admitted to the centre in coming days.

Participants of the cleanliness drive also expressed that the needs of the patients are attended well at the centre.
Indulging in such activity will not only make the environment clean but also help them pass their tedious period in a positive way, they said.
Stressing on the need for a clean environment and healthy physical activities, the participants also appealed to patients at other CCC to take up similar activities since the centres are mostly made out of schools and students will be attending these schools in a few days time.
