Imphal, July 15 2014: Investors Clinic, a multi-national company dealing in real estates is organising the first ever property showcase in Manipur at Hotel Imphal (Classic) on July 19 .

Speaking to media persons this afternoon, social worker Amrik Singh Pahwa said that the event is facilitating an exclusive settlement of Manipuris at Noida where night safari facilities are planned for the first time in the country and fourth in the whole world.

Investors Clinic after constructing several buildings at Noida City has started allotting flats to their customers.

The houses constructed there range from 1BHK flat to villas.

The price for 1 BHK is Rs 15 lakh and Rs 21 lakh for 2 BHK.

Interested persons may buy these flats by depositing only 10 per cent of their prices while the rest of the amount should be paid on instalment over a period of 20 years.

The MNC constructed the houses with loans taken from SBI, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank.

Interested customers need not go to banks for processing documents.

If there are enough customers, construction of flats/houses would be completed within three years and allotment would be done within 20 days, Pahwa said.

Investor Clinic General Manager Debender Singh Sahni, Director Pranab Sharma and two senior officers would also attend the July 19 programme which would be opened by MP Dr Th Meinya.
