More extend helping hands to fire victims

Locals of Heirok Part-I and volunteers of Maning Leikai Youth Club,(MYC Club) Heirok Part-I have provided a cash assistance of Rs 44,640, rice (13 sangbais), clothes, 7 blankets, 12 buckets and a Godrej cupboard to the founder of TN Memorial Academy, Tourangbam Janeshor and his wife T (o) Promila to help in the reconstruction of the academy, that was gutted by fire on the intervening night of February 11 and 12, and to arrange a shelter for the students, today.
On behalf of all donors, the assistance was handed over by the chief advisor of MYC, Kh Ibomcha Singh to the founder of the academy.
Heirok Block Congress Committee (HBCC), under the supervision of ex-Minister Moirangthem Okendro, extended financial assistance of Rs 10, 000 to the founder of TN Memorial Academy and boarding Heirok Part-III that were destroyed by an inferno on the intervening night of February 11 and 12 .
A press release of HBCC said that HBCC, Heirok Block Youth Congress Committee and Heirok Block Mahila Congress Committee will provide all possible help in the coming days.
